Hi Eleanor, I very much enjoyed your class, and while I own a wok, it is not nearly as nice as the kit that you have…I’ll be purchasing it here sometime, soon. I do enjoy cooking, and have taken classes here on Udemy, Yeschef, and MasterClass. I should point out that I am a home cook, only…an amateur, but courses like yours have enabled me to “up my game” in the kitchen. I have been able to put what I learned in your class into practice on a number of occasions. Cooking with a wok is fun, easy, and perfect for entertaining when I want to “wow” my family and friends, and also be able to spend time with them, and not be tied up in the kitchen, preparing complex dishes. One of the things I really enjoyed and took away from your class is the “cheat sheet” when cooking with a wok. I had never understood that the order in which the ingredients were cooked was so important. In fact, I have printed this info/cheat sheet and had it laminated so I can have it at the ready in my kitchen. Thank you once again for putting together such a wonderful and informative class.
