This book would be Sooo awesome! As a native of Miami and as a person who volunteers with kids with cooking and gardening. This would be an asset to teach them of the local foods and cuisine. I would love to win this book to rotate with families in our class whose kids attend Title 1 schools. Fingers crossed, this book would touch a lot of people:)
