This Vietnamese restaurant, Rice Paper at Festival Walk is by far our favorite! You can only order laksa weekdays it’s so popular. They serve the BEST SATAY, ask for extra satay sauce, never enough to slather with. I think we went there 4 times, once taking the foodie vicar and his lovely Chinese wife who adored all the dishes (upcoming post.)
