Just a bit of background about my Dad’s cooking style…
My Dad and Mom’s cooking styles were very different. Mom is a home cook and I learned to cook from her but my Dad had a unique style all of his own. He had a repertoire of a few dishes but REALLY made them well. He was very eccentric and used expensive gourmet ingredients that would give my Mom heart palpitations. Oops, that’s another blog for another time, nudge me to write it.
