I love revamping leftovers by adding fresh ingredients to them. With Makoto’s leftover fried rice, I added some lamb strips and chili garlic sauce which made it really POP! I always bring home whatever I can’t finish when I eat out, no matter how tiny it is. It’s not embarrassing to me, I was brought up never to waste food!
